Contact details

Get accurate employee addresses and phone numbers the first time. Smart address nudging helps employees correct typos and select verified addresses without blocking those whose address may not appear in major validation databases.

Contact details

What's collected

  • Address line 1, address line 2 (optional), suburb, state and postcode.
  • Phone number.

How address nudging works

  • As the employee types, the address is checked against Australian address data.
  • If a close match is found, the employee is shown the suggested address and can use it with one click, or keep what they typed.
  • The address is never rejected for having no match, so new builds and rural addresses still go through.
  • Each address gets a confidence_score from 0 to 1, where 1 is an exact match to a known address. It's null if the address couldn't be checked.

Suggesting a verified address

Features

  • Accepts international phone numbers. Australian numbers are checked as valid mobile or landline numbers.
  • The phone number is pre-filled from the onboarding invite, and the address and phone from the existing employee record.
  • Data is encrypted at rest and never leaves Australian borders.
