Welcome videos

Set the tone for a new employee's experience before they fill out a single form. Welcome videos let employers deliver a personal introduction, training materials or company culture content right at the start of the onboarding journey.

How it works

1. The employer adds YouTube videos to their onboarding content library. The title and description are filled in from YouTube and can be edited.
2. When creating an onboarding invite or a template, the employer chooses which videos to show and in what order.
3. The employee watches one video per page, using Back and Next, and selects Finish on the last one.

The module is complete once the employee finishes it. If no videos are chosen, the module is skipped automatically.
