Identity
Collect identity details once, so employees don't have to re-enter them in later modules. The form is inclusive by design, supporting custom gender and honourific inputs alongside standard options.
What's collected
- Title, with an "Other" option for any value.
- Given name, middle name (optional) and family name.
- Date of birth.
- Gender, with an "Other" option for any value.
Features

- Name and date of birth are pre-filled from the onboarding invite or the existing employee record, so the employee only confirms them.
- Data is encrypted at rest and never leaves Australian borders.
