Emergency contact
Ensure every employee has an emergency contact on file from day one. The form captures name, relationship, phone, email and address, with smart defaults that reduce effort for the employee.
What's collected
- Full name and relationship (free text).
- Email and phone number. International numbers are accepted.
- Address line 1, address line 2 (optional), suburb, state and postcode.
Features
- The address is pre-filled from the employee's own address, since many emergency contacts live with the employee. If the employee already has an emergency contact on file, it's pre-filled instead.
- Data is encrypted at rest and never leaves Australian borders.
